The Board of Directors (aka “the Board”) is responsible for overseeing all activities and managing the affairs of the Saddleback Valley Fellowship Center, a non-profit 501(C)(3) corporation (EIN: 33-0088919).

The main purpose of the Board is to facilitate leasing a meeting facility, establish policies and procedures necessary to maintain such lease, conduct fundraising activities to support the facility, and provide for the maintenance and administration of the building. The Board is also responsible for membership support, on-location facilities such as the snack bar, and Center merchandise.

Those serving on the Board are volunteers who rotate out every two years. Requirements for volunteering to serve on the Board can be found in the Board Bylaws (Section B).
