The Board of Directors (aka “the Board”) is responsible for overseeing all activities and managing the affairs of the Saddleback Valley Fellowship Center, a non-profit 501(C)(4) corporation (EIN: 33-0088919). The main purpose of the Board is to lease a meeting facility, establish policies and procedures necessary to maintain such lease, conduct fundraising activities to support the facility, and provide the maintenance and administration of the building.

The Board operates under the direction of the Bylaws of the Saddleback Valley Fellowship Center (effective 3/28/25).
